As a trainer, I specialize in bodyweight exercises, TRX suspension training and kettlebells. The magic in these implements is that they are all methods that you can use to train in the privacy of your own home, eliminating the need for a gym membership. We start off with an evaluation of foundational movement skills (squatting, lifting, lunging) and then progresss into intensive training at a pace tailored to your abilities.
I am a trainer certified by the ISSA and have gone through continuing education with Z-Health Performance and Strongfirst.
I have my degree in comprehensive nutrition and am certified in the Precision Nutrition system. I have also completed courses of study in “metabolic health” and am currently enrolled in the Precision Nutrition Level 2 course, a one year mentorship program.
The foundation of my approach is education and behavior change. You can receive the best nutrition advice in the world, but it will not be effective if you do not also receive the training in habit change that you need to put these strategies into effect.

I DO NOT HAVE “ONE SIZE FITS ALL” PROGRAMS, READY MADE MEAL PLANS OR A LIST OF “FORBIDDEN FOODS”. YOU ARE AN INDIVIDUAL WITH UNIQUE NEEDS, AND WILL BE TREATED AS SUCH.
